What will I learn?

The Level 2 Diploma in IT User Skills (ITQ) is split into 8 units, which will be completed over 1 year. Each unit is assessed through a portfolio of evidence built across the duration of your course.

Improving Productivity Using IT

Become a more efficient, composed and dynamic IT user. In this unit, you will use automation tools and develop techniques that will make you much more productive across a range of IT systems.
